Overall Process:
  • All engagements with Branbis follow a typical cycle as described in the diagram.
  • Branbis uses a modular approach that combines deep dive learning sessions with real-time application.
1 - Scoping:
  • Clarify Objectives, Purpose, Scope & Timing, Guidelines & Sponsorship
2 - Design:
  • Identify end objectives, design criteria and elements of the work to be done.
  • Output: Work plan to implement including assumptions, resourcing & sponsorship.
3 - Implement:
  • Clearly communicated work plan, sponsorship & decision-making & required sign-offs.
  • Output: Roadmap, implementation plan, project management process & decision-making.
4 - Assess/Evaluate:
  • Project tracking and feedback uses both a regular milestone review step and a close-out to measure outcomes, satisfaction and impact.
5 - Close-Out:
  • Post intervention follow up to ensure outcomes align with intentions.
